Our allstar competitive athletes spend a minimum of 4 hours in the gym weekly. Our athletes attend a mixture of 5 or more local and province-wide competitions, with a select elite team also competing internationally in ORLANDO, FLORIDA.

This season runs full-time, beginning in June until provincials in April- not including gym closures over Christmas and March Break.

Athletes must attend all practices and competitions when enrolled in our allstar program and will have to purchase our club uniform and sneakers.
